Electronic Ballots Emailed at 6am on Tuesday, June 15
Ballots are sent to "Voting Members" of the Women's Caucus
Voting members of the Women's Caucus received an email at 6:00 am on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, from email@example.com with the subject heading "Vote now: Rhode Island Democratic Women's Caucus - 2021 Election for Chair."
If you did not receive an email with the ballot, please check outside of your Primary inbox tab in other tabs, such as "Promotions," "Updates," "Social," or "Forums" in Gmail, and check in your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate this email, contact Clara Read at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you didn't receive a ballot, and you believe you should have, we can add you. As a reminder, here are the criteria for Voting Members:
Woman/femme identifying person
Completed a full membership form
In the RI Board of Elections data as a Democrat
Registered as Women's Caucus member up to 48 hours before election began (Sunday, June 13, 2021).
Timeline for the Special Election
Tuesday, June 15 - Ballots available (with links to information provided by candidates)
Tuesday, June 22, 5 pm - Ballot deadline for the voting membership
Wednesday, June 23 - Our new Chair will be announced at our upcoming June Fundraiser, an in-person event at Riffraff Bookstore and Bar patio.
